- Slow or blocked drains
- Bubbling or gurgling toilets
- Sewer gas odors coming from fixtures or pipes
- Foul odors in yard
- Overflowing toilets or sinks
- Wet spots, marshy areas or standing water in yard
- Leaking pipes (frequently lead joints on cast iron pipes will leak) in basement or crawl spaces
- Water collecting at outlet of foundation drain after running water inside of house
- The cleanout cap (typically white or green plastic) is overflowing with sewage in the yard
- A sink hole starts to develop in the yard, the sinkhole can be due to a break in the pipe allowing the surrounding dirt to fall into the drain.
